Artigiano® cheese is crafted using home grown cultures that have been developed over decades to achieve a flavor palette all its own. This cheese is pleasantly nutty and sweet with a delicate crystalline, yet creamy texture. Artigiano® is produced in small batches and cured using proprietary, artisanal methods. The Artigiano® Balsamic and Onion Cheese Wedge has its wheels soaked in a custom blend of red wines that are sourced from a boutique vineyard that is owned by a friend of BelGioioso’s Founder. Featuring a creamy and crumbly texture, the flavor combines savory red wine and a well-aged cheese.
