Double LP Album From Musical Icon!
45rpm Fourth Side Only!
Musical icon David Crosby releases "Sky Trails", which contains new material co-written with friends Michael McDonald and Joni Mitchell. A definite Steely Dan influence can be heard on the "She's Got To Be Somewhere".
Sky Trails is a full band affair produced by David's son James Raymond, and is another volley in the 75-year-olds incredible late period resurgence. The album, his third solo album in four years, is released only one year after Crosbys critically acclaimed album Lighthouse, which Rolling Stone says is his "finest solo album since his melancholy 1971 masterpiece If I Could Only Remember My Name."
Music icon, singer-songwriter, social justice activist and sublime master of harmony vocals David Crosby is a two time Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, inducted as a member of seminal folk-rock band The Byrds and Woodstock era-defining trio Crosby, Stills and Nash. A native Californian, Crosby's storied career began as a folk singer in the coffee-house scene of the early 1960s, and remains one of the most remarkable threads weaving through contemporary music.
