Her debut album was released in 2013. Los Angeles KKjz-88.1 Jazz radio has named Lyn Female Jazz Vocalist of the Year 2018. Lyn is known for her velvety sound favoring the style of the beautiful voice and music from the 1950s and 1960s. She was discovered by jazz legend, Paul Smith, Ella Fitzgerald's musical director, conductor and pianist for 25 years.

It is so nice to hear an album recorded LIVE with the musicians and singer in the same room at the same time for a change. It is also a very brave recording to make as there is no room for error and all the players need to be on their 'A Game.' Here, they are and Lyn's warm voice sailing over the music brings to my mind similar sessions in the same studio with Nat 'King' Cole and Frank Sinatra.
