Our Bikini Blend is our darkest roast! Blends from Indonesia and Central America make this coffee smooth, bold, and flavorful with hints of unsweetened cocoa and berry fruitiness. It has winey, earthy, and herbaceous aromas. The sweet notes in the cup present brown sugar and molasses. A bit of smoky volcanic soil taste (toasted flavors) comes through with a nutty, well-rounded finish.

To brew, measure 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 fluid ounces of water for the gold standard ratio. Bring fresh water to a boil and let stand 30 seconds. To brew, we recommend a French press or cone filter. Now escape the day!
