This medium-bodied coffee has juicy, rounded acidity and opens up with floral aromas, a satiny mouth-feel, and unfolds into notes of cocoa and hints of vanilla bean. True to Colombian coffee, this coffee carries caramel sweetness through a long finish.

To brew, measure 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 fluid ounces of water for the gold standard ratio. Bring fresh water to a boil and let stand 30 seconds. To brew, we recommend a French press or cone filter. Now escape the day!
