This medium roast, Nairobi Blend, is a celebration of the beautiful flavor of African coffees. It pays homage to the bright lights of capital city of Kenya in East Africa.

Kahawa 1893 is a specialty coffee company founded and run by a third generation coffee farmer from Kenya. The founder grew up on a coffee farm in Africa and she is passionate about the journey of coffee from seed to cup. In Africa, women provide over 90% of the labor in coffee. Inspired by the role of women in coffee, she founded Kahawa (coffee) 1893 with a mission to empower them and share their delicious coffee with the world.
