May's Hawaiian style Kalbi is a local favorite. Our marinade is founded on a traditional kalbi sauce imported from Korea. These three-bone, cross cut ribs are meaty and so tender. Served as part of a traditional Korean meal or brought to a potluck gathering, it will have everyone raising their favorite beverage and toasting, "Kam sa ham ni da!" The rest of the country does not have these ribs. Lucky we live in Hawaii to experience such a flavorful treat.
Cooking Directions:
Cook before serving. Keep frozen, thaw before cooking. BBQ Grill: 1. Preheat grill on medium heat. 2. Open pouch and place thawed May's Kalbi on grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Stove Top: 1. Use 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in pan, and heat pan to 325 degrees. 2. Place thawed May's Kalbi into pan. 3. Cook May's Kalbi 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
